Experience working on location, as well as scripted, doc, O.B, studio, and live productions. English (native), British Sign Language (conversational), Spanish (B2), Japanese (basic), Arabic (basic).

Kayleigh Innes - Creative Director (she/they)
Self-shooting p/d, photographer, and activist from Scotland. Kayleigh is in charge of the creative side of the business. She’s the one you’ll see on set filming, directing, and taking photos. With a good editorial eye, Kayleigh is responsible for bringing the concept, story, and style elements of the projects together from beginning to end.
Practiced in building trust and strong relationships with vulnerable contributors, including talent, people with disabilities, children, and animals.
Expert interviewer with vast cultural knowledge, having worked with hundreds of contributors from across Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil) Asia (South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, India, Pakistan, Turkey) Middle East (Jordan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Yemen, Bahrain) Northern Africa (Egypt, Algeria, Morocco) and Europe.

Emmanuel keeps everything running smoothly, solving problems, and handling the business side of things. He’s the one who keeps an eye on the budget and makes sure things go according to schedule. He’s responsible for the planning and organisation of the projects and handles all activities taking place in Latin America.
